Cancellations
Free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that window, or a no-show, is charged at 50% of the service price.
Rescheduling
Text at least 24 hours ahead and your appointment moves to the new time, at no charge.
Running late?
A 10-minute grace period applies. After that the appointment may be shortened or released so the next client starts on time.
